After the funeral for her grandfather and the horrible incident had passed things almost returned to normal. Almost. Jezzabelle sat on a swing hanging from a tree with her head hung low.

"I am so sorry. I didn't mean to hit you…." Her mother sighed and reached out to touch her daughter who flinched at the movement. "You just made me very angry that day."

"He loved me," was all Jezzabelle could say.

"I know...I love you too Jezz," her mother said reaching out again.

Jezzabelle jumped off the swing and looked up at her mother, "It's not the same."
