Minerva waited awhile to see if the niffler would come out of the burrow with the bugs she had put at the opening. She looked over at Glenn and Alyssa to see how they were doing when she heard something and turned back to the burrow. She saw a little bit of the niffler sticking out after the bugs, but when she moved to get a closer look he or she went back into hiding. Minerva sighed and thought about trying again. She looked around for more bugs.

She walked a little further away to head back to the shed not realizing that she had dropped her mothers ring when she had tried to move closer to the burrow. She went back to the shed to get more bugs. Once she got the bugs she headed back to the burrow, but before she got there she saw the niffler outside the burrow. She got excited being able to see it. What made it come out she wondered, but she didn't have to wonder long. She saw something sparkle in the sun. Oh that's right she thought Niffler's liked things that sparkle. She walked closer trying to not freak the Niffler out, but trying to figure out what was sitting on the ground that she hadn't seen before.
