Oh yeah. If he was going to keep the beetle as a pet, it had to have a name. "I hadn't though about that" Or wether it was a boy or girl. "I have no idea, do you think it has something to do with color, like birds? You know, like the bright birds are the boys." But this was an all black beetle, so what did that mean for this little guy?

Yeah, a high five! Kaiden gladly returned the gesture, happy to have some semblance of normalcy.

"No way! you can use a wand to start a fire?" That was news to him. "But, this is how you would use the firestarter," he said, as the struck the two ends of the tool together causing a few sparks to fly off. Laughing at the soup idea, "Well, we could if you really want to, but we need a bucket of water to put the fire out when we are done."
