No, because he didn't, not until he'd rounded the corner and stumbled across Brooke curled up by the wall. "Brookie! What's happened?" his voice was concerned and he didn't even look around to see why she'd be screaming, he just ran straight to her side and knelt down next to her. "What's wrong?!"

Why ? WHYYY was there such a statue in this school ? This school was a place full of kids, CHILDREN! Why would they put THAT there ? to scare everyone ? it was surely doing a great job. Brooke had never seen such a thing, sure she'd been to museum and seen statues and stuffs but never something like THAT. It had a weird back and it just wasnt nice looking at ALLL! Brooke shook her head, whilst curled up in her ball, taking deep breathes to try and calm herself down.

Then she heard someone call out "im coming" good someone was coming to save her.

She was too busy flailing and stuff to take note of the fact that it was a voice she recognised so when the voice called out her name and came and knelt down next to her she was a bit scared. She looked up and saw a best friend and a smile appeared on her face, she got out of the ball and wrapped her arms around him. "DAR! loo-look!" she said wearily pointing to the horrid statue.
