Milton didn't really know what he was doing over here, but he just didn't want to be around all the other students. It was way too crowded and full of screaming, angsty teenagers.

Sure, he was a teenager. And there may have been a little angst, but he definitely wasn't screaming and squealing.

Milton did not squeal. He stood against brick walls, glared at people who looked worthy of it and brooded about how horrible his life was now that he had a step-father who was making him get on this blasted train to go to that blasted school. UGH.
