Lewis was still trying to figure out if Gwen's cat looked okay when all of a sudden he felt his own cat shift in his arms a little. Vanilla tensed up and slowly started crawling up his chest so she could look over his shoulder. It took her actually hissing at something to get Lewis' attention, however, finally making him turn his head a little with a confused frown on his face.

There was hardly anybody or anything Vanilla didn't like.

When he found himself looking at the Gryffindor Prefect - the other one obviously - Lewis just shook his head in surprise for a moment, his eyes flickering down to Vanilla for a second. What was WRONG with her? Had the boy done anything to her? She HAD been in the Gryffindor Common Room at some point so maybe she'd met him before.

"I-I'm so sorry. About...her, I mean." Lewis muttered with a small blush, clearly embarrassed by his cat's behavior. Maybe she had been hanging out with Walnut after all. Hopefully she wouldn't start peeing on other people's feet any time soon.
