Ad was nice, really. And some part of him liked getting all these compliments but if there was one thing he knew, it was that he wasn't 'amazing' at Seeking. Ellie had just been having a bad day, that's all. "Thanks Ad. I just... We had an amazing team out there," Yeah, he'd leave it at that. His smile widened at the 'little brother' part. "And I'd hate for my older sister to be worried about me," he said, smiling over at her, "What's making you stressed and tired, Ad?"
Hate them? "But they look nice on you!" He was probably saying that because he was too used to seeing Ad with her glasses. ... Did she always wear glasses? "Do they hurt you?" Having never worn glasses, apart from sunglasses, he had no idea what it felt like to wear glasses.
Ad smiled and followed Alec's gaze up to the birds.
"Much, much too nice" she sighed happily.
"The OWLs are going well, I guess. I don't think I'll pass" she shrugged.
Ad smiled slightly.
"You're welcome, Alec. All the Quidditch teams are great, but I personally think Hufflepuff always seems to get the greatest players" she said honestly. She grinned over at Alec.
"A lot of stuff. Life in general" was her only honest answer.
Ad took them off and sighed.
"Notheydon't" she mumbled. She shrugged.
"Not really. Like, if I wear them for a long time, they hurt the bridge of my nose" she explained.
