Mix the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Lemon Juice, and Chives together into a paste mixture. 2. Lay the slices of salmon out on the work surface and spread them with the cream cheese mixture. Roll them up, starting from the thinner end. Transfer these rolls to a plate. 3. Sprinkle your Salmon Rolls with the loose cheese and then sprinkle with some basil. 4. Place a toothpick in each bite.
