Unless, like, he got decapitated or something. That would be kinda irreversible, yeah?
"I didn't want to crowd up your waiting room." Or bother you. Willy shrugged but rolled up the left sleeve of his shirt to show her the marks each creature had left behind. "Check out the scar on my wand hand, here, and that nice red scratch from the Hippogriff." He leaned across her desk a little, sounding like a teenager with his enthusiasm for creature scars.
"All accidents can be avoided William. It's not an accident when you put yourself in harms way on purpose." And playing with dragons was only
asking for an
accident to happen. Right, no big deal. She wasn't even going to comment on that. What was the point? He seemed to have his mind made up anyway.
"You didn't want to crowd my waiting room? That's why you didn't come see me when you were injured?" Sitting back in her chair she didn't even bother looking at his arm. She wasn't about to ooh and ahh over his stupid scars.
"You wouldn't have those scars if you would have come to see me when you first got injured." Then again if he would have done that he wouldn't be able to show them off... like he was trying to do now.
She wasn't impressed one little bit. What
would have impressed her was him coming to her to get healed instead of this showing off he was trying to do.
