"Erm..." he started, "I'm just scared about Quidditch." Namely, the Championships. And he was up against that older girl again! "And Anya's in hospital," he mumbled afterwards. Would Avery even care about all this?

He couldn't help but grin at the girl. Avery really knew how to cheer someone up. "That's great!" he said, "So this explains why you disappeared? You were studying too much?
