Before he could do anything else, he found something drop onto his lap as something came in between his eyes and... the wall. Alec blinked several times. Who would greet him by sitting on his lap? His grey blue eyes looked up at the girl as a grin spread across his face.

"Avery!" he said, wrapping his arms around the girl and holding her there. This wasn't bad at all. He did need the company. "Hey!" Had he already said that? "How are you?"

Avery laughed lightly as a look of shock crossed Alec's faces, then was replaced with one of joy. This made her grin back just as wide.

"N'aww!" She said as he wrapped his arms around her and she held him back, fluffing his hair. The boy looked quite happy with his new company, which was good! "Hey! I'm good thank you Alec, what about you?" She asked, looking Alec in the eyes. When she had come over to him he had appeared to be in deep thought and she hoped to find out what he had been thinking about.
