No matter, he could carry on anyway. "Uh yeah, uhhhh, you all should stand up and do this with me." The professor nodded to himself and quickly snatched (what he thought was) a twig up off the ground, transferring it to his left hand, his wand hand. "So you're standing there, you've got your wand in your hand, you're facing the skrewt but remaining MOSTLY still, and NOW what do you do?"
Laura looked at the Professor and smiled. "You look at it and ask it who it was that sent you there, you never know Professor, it might actually answer you and once you know who sent it you know who it is trying to kill you." Yeah that would be the perfect situation. "And then once you got your information you confuse the poor creature."

Laura was about to tell the Professor that whatever was in the hands of his wasn't friendly. "See Professor this is just what I was saying." Laura smiled. "Someone wants you injured Professor." Laura wanted to bite the thing back but well the Professor would deal with it, though she had a good idea. "Professor if you want I'll interview the thing to find out why it is here." Laura was sure she could do that, but well did the cute creature talk.
