William hadn't even noticed that she'd taken her hands off him, not being particularly sensitive or ticklish himself. He grinned to see her grin and rested his hand behind his head, still resting on his side on the blanket and facing her.
"Yeah. Not to be stupid." Willy just bobbed his head for a moment as he tried to think of how to explain that one. "I'm really unlucky, as you might have gathered, but I'm also kind of... dumb about it. Sometimes I do dumb things without thinking out the consequences first."
So, in other words, he was still pretty immature. "But I'm not stupid like a box of rocks stupid," he did have two university degrees, after all. "I just have a tendency to jump headfirst into things that sound awesome."
Even though he'd been in Slytherin, he let his Gryffindoring side get the best of him sometimes.
