Ethan had been sitting back a little and listening to what his employees had to say about the food court. Frankly, since only two people had put in some thought so far, he decided to rejoin with his own ideas. "I think, if we're going to keep things interesting around here, that we can't use the same thing we did last time. Granted, I wasn't here back then, and I don't know how it all worked out, but it's just a thought. Perhaps it's a good idea to change things up?" he posited to the group. That was enough for now, though. He had already decided in his head that he was going to let the employees design the food court. It was the job of the Magical Maintenance department, not the job of Ethan Lennox. He would still give ideas when the group reached a standstill in creativity, but for now he would stand back and let the people decide.
