Ella turned bright red when Madam Poppy scolded her. She had never been yelled at in a class before and felt quite ashamed of herself. There was a first time for everything though...Shaking it off, she pulled her notebook towards her, copying down the notes from the lecture. Then she thought about the question, a little nervous to answer it.
"Well Pragma would be good for people who have to deal with people for their job. That way if they are sick or sad or angry, they can still deal with the customers and make them have a good experience." She said softly, not quite looking in Madam Poppy's eyes.
