She held it in her hand and nodded her head. "Okay, I promise I'll read it," She said, though she knew it was probably going to end up under her bed or something. Hopefully he wouldn't need it back!

Now that everything had calmed down, she actually started enjoying the duck pond. They were all swimming happily--too bad the pond wasn't big enough for her.
"So...nice pond."
