Emrys shifted in his chair uncomfortably. He was sure the socially appropriate thing was to introduce himself, or make small talk, or something. So, instead, he turned the next page in the book and leaned on his hand, blocking his face from view.
Good...because she was sitting here. And here was where she'll stay. Far away from the pink, yes?
Apparently, Ellie's dislike for pink nearly overruled her fear of books. Or maybe it was because it was just the one book out. Anyway, it was quickly deemed safe and the redhead actually became quite curious about it. Especially since that was all she could see of her table-mate.
"You know, I don't think you can really read anything that'll help in this lesson." She couldn't quite tell from the emblem of his robes, because it was also obstructed from her view, but she'd guess he was one of those Ravenclaws or Hufflepuffs that liked to know the material before it was taught.
And, though she wouldn't know personally, Ellie didn't think 'Entrancing Enchantments' would be taught in a book. They just seemed too silly.
