Evvie was shunted along with the rest of the sixteen year olds from her district as she waited for the reaping to begin. Hurry up mister Voldemort follower person, aka Daniel Drake. Evvie wanted this reaping to get over with it was so hot outside. He walked across the stage and pulled out the first name, Matthias Johnson. That one other scardy cat guy in her year. Then it was the female drawing. Daniel Drake pulled a slip of paper out. "Miss Evaligna Marieh Dare," he said in that same bored tone.

Evvie was happy, she was going to show Voldemort exactly what she was made of. She heard her twin sisters in the background crying but she walked up to the stage confidently and shook hands with Mister scardy Matthias. "Congrats to your tributes of District Three, Matthias Johnson and Evaligna Marieh Dare." Daniel Drake said as guards ushered us off the stage and into separate rooms to say goodbye.

Evvie's family came in, scared looks on their faces. "Don't be afraid," Evvie said with a laugh. "I'm going to show them who's right and who's wrong." Then they were all gone. The guards came, and Evvie stood up calmly following the guards to the train where they were to be taken away.
