Laura looked at Ella and smiled. "It's okay Ella, I have nightmares too sometimes, all you have to do is remember they aren't really." Laura said truthfully. "And make sure before you go to bed there is nothing worrying you, that makes things worse." Laura said truthfully, the night she had gotten in a fight with her sister, she had had a very bad nightmare but thankfully it was just a nightmare.
