Tayla looked for her clove of garlic and when she found it, chopped it and rushed it flat with the blade. Then she added it to the cauldron, also removing excess from her knife, like the professor did.
Setting the knife aside, Tayla took the grater, and grated the lemon until it equaled two cups that she needed. She added the lemon zest to the cauldron as well.
She took out her wand and watched her potion simmer for fifteen minutes.

"Ooh!" Tayla listened excitedly. She loved it when they got to use spells outside of Charms or Transfiguration.
"Enodis," Tayla said three times before starting to use it. Content she would get it right, she followed what Professor Lafay did and said
"Enodis."
As soon as she had chocolate, she ate a piece and could feel a pimple form on her cheek. She dipped a metal spoon into her potion then covered her pimple with it.
"I hope this works..." she thought anxiously.

A few moments later the boil began to visibly shrink to nothing.
Tayla added salt to the mixture as instructed and, saying
"Enodis," moved her wand the opposite direction as Professor Lafay demonstrated. Then she took a ladle and, after a moment's hesitation, gulped it down.
"Not great," she thought as she swallowed.
"But not as bad as I feared."
As she put back her ladle on the table, she could feel her pimple shrink until it was gone.

Ingredients:
Water
5 drops of bubertuber pus
1 tbsp Toothpaste
3 tbsp. honey
4 Snake fangs
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
1 clove of garlic
2 cups of lemon zest
Pinch of salt
Steps:
1. Clean the cauldron and fill it with water.
2. Light a high, intense (but not large) flame underneath.
3. Put on dragonhide gloves and then add five spoonfuls of bubertuber pus. Stir six times counter-clockwise.
4. Add one tablespoon of toothpaste with a metal spoon. Stir in no particular direction or number of times, as long as it melts off the spoon completely.
5. Carefully add three tablespoons of honey with a clean metal spoon (6 to 8 inches over the cauldron). Careful not to make any splashes!
6. With a mortar and pestle, ground four snake fangs into a fine powder, then sprinkle into cauldron.
7. Add grated cinnamon to the potion.
8. Chop a whole clover of garlic and crush flat with a blade. Add to cauldron.
9. Add two cups of grated lemon zest.
10. Simmer for 15 minutes.
11. With the incantation, "Enodis", skim the cauldron with wand.
12. Using a metal spoon, take some potion and cover pimple with potion.
13. Add salt to mixture.
14. With the incantation, "Enodis", skim cauldron with wand once more, but in opposite direction.
15. Take a ladle and drink the potion.
