Alyssa entered the greenhouse intending to do her regular pruning and cleaning. But then she noticed Professor Bentley and Kurumi working on something and so decided to give them some privacy. 'I might as well go check on my fireseed plant while I'm here,'Alyssa thought to herself, so she made her way further in to the darkest section of the greenhouse where the pots of fireseeds plants were growing. She patted the Ivy. "Hello Wasima. How are you doing? Thank you for keeping this place nice and dark. Alyssa whispered to the Ivy. She then walked over to the darkest region of the greenhouse until she found her pot with her name written on it.

Alyssa quickly put on her dragonhide gloves and then picked up her plant. Her plant looked like it was flourishing beautifully. Alyssa then tested its soil and noticed that it was a little on the dry side and needed some watering. So she placed the pot on the workstation and went over the supplies cupboard and brought out a watering can. She took out her wand and pointed it into the watering can and said "Aguamenti" filling the watering can with water. Once the can was filled she said, "Finite" to end the spell. She then put on her goggles and prepared to warm up the water.

Pointing her wand inside the watering can, Alyssa rotated her wrist and making a circular motion with her wand, she traced a circle inside the watering can and said "Chaundensis" to heat up the water. She waited until the water started to bubble and steam was rising from the water, before she holstered her wand again.

Picking up the watering can with both hands, she slowly brought it over to the pot. She lifted up the watering can and poured a small amount of water on the soil covering the fire seed. She took great care that she only poured enough to moisten the soil because she didn't want to drown the seed. Once she determined that the soil was sufficiently moist, she lay the watering can down onto the ground.

She examined the fireseed plant and removed any dead leaves from the soil, before placing the pot back into the darkest area of the greenhouse. Making sure that her pot was safe, she then returned to the supplies cupboard and took out a broom, a dust pan and a bucket and carried them to the mddle of the greenhouse. She picked up the broom and started sweeping up the ground. As she swept, she took great care to avoid any of the other pots of fireseed plants growing in the darkness. Once she had swept up all of the dirt, she swept up the pile of dirt into her dust pan and then emptied the contents into the bucket. She picked up the bucket and carried it outside the greenhouse and poured the dirt onto the compost pile.

She then carried the bucket back into the greenhouse where she had worked earlier and placed it down next to the watering can, and the dust pan. Taking out her wand she cleaned all the tools saying "Scourgify". She then returned all the tools back into the tools cupboard before making her way to the front of the greenhouse and out the door.
