Transfiguration Post 1 That's Rough Buddy | Be the Flower | Moon & Stars
Kennedy made his way to the greenhouse without a word to anyone. His mood was just too foul to speak to anyone. That and he feared that he might take out his frustration on anyone who poked him the wrong way. It was all Wayne's fault. He was still refusing to call him father. That man didn't deserve that title. Especially with what he was doing now. It made Kennedy feel like running.
Running didn't sound like a bad idea, but then...that would be the cowards way out. Just like his father had chosen all those years ago.
The boy shook his head. This wasn't the time nor place to be thinking of such things. He went to get a few utensils he'd be needing. Then he glanced around.
What flowers seemed most appealing?
Well, all of them did. Even the ones most would say weren't "pretty". His eyes landed on white lilies and it reminded him of a certain red head. With a ghostly smile, he made his way toward them. Kennedy gently took the stem in between his index finger, and thumb and with his free hand he positioned the clipper blades so that the stem was in the center. Clip. Clip. Clip.
After gathering enough lilies for to vases he stood up straight. He wanted a bit of variety. So, he walked over to the daisies. Those were his mom's favorite, so those will do. He clipped a few and made sure they were comfortably laying on his arm.
Time to do some flower arranging.
