It was merely the circle of life. The way things ought to be.
"Good good, you'll be fine." Because clearly she wasn't going to let anything happen. Xavier was going to have to get used to this new arranged diet, instead of indulging in the hunt.
"Now before he place him in the hole, you need to just shake out his roots so he can breathe a little easier."
Nodding once again, Kurumi double and triple checked that her gloves were on properly before she reached out for the plant's roots. Xavier squirmed a little under her touch, and it made her wonder whether or not the plant was ticklish or agitated by the whole ordeal. The prefect decided to go with ticklish to help her calm her nerves that Xavier might decide her small nose looked like something to grab on to. Gently, Kurumi began to massage the roots, loosening the soil around them and removing any excess soil. He did look sort of funny with that pot shaped mass of dirt attached to him, but it was gone now.
"
Do we need to add any fertalizer into the hole first?" she asked, feeling a little less nervous around the plant now that it seemed like he was ticklish. Everything had its weakness, even flesh eating plants.
