Okay, so that was enough practicing the incantations. It was not time for her to pull out her wand and attempt the spells for real.
She reached into her holster and pulled out her wand. Now she pointed it at the sheet music for Mary had a Little Lamb. "Ludo Totalum!" She then pointed it towards the recorder and moved it around in a circle. "Ludo Solis!"
She expected the recorder to start playing the song right away, but it did absolutely nothing. What had happened? She had the wand movements down because they were simple, but... she must have messed up one of the spells. It was time for her to make a second attempt. |
