Glancing up from moving his spoon around in the dish to see what else was in there, Lewis needed a moment to swallow down the last bit of meat. "Uh. No. It's quite salty I think but not that spicy." He finally replied with an encouraging nod towards the dish sitting in front of Evelyn.
Evelyn looked amused when he gulped down the entire dish. He looked like he really enjoyed it. Salty? Evelyn looked doubtfully down at the Feijoada. Heh. She picked up her spoon and took a small...a really small bite and...alright. It was okay. It was a little too spicy but yeah. It was a good.
"Thanks. I kinda like it." Evelyn whispered across the table. Yeah, she really didn't want to be told to shut up again.
