Good thing Alysson's eyes weren't on William right now or else she would've seen him blush. Again. And strangely enough she was already enjoying that way more than she probably should have. In a good way of course. Erm.
She giggled softly at his next statement, turning her head to look at him again. "Yeah...or you can just ask me in case you ever need help finding Kansas." Which he probably wouldn't. Unless he'd be looking for some kind of very rare creatures which only lived there. Not that she knew of any but you never knew. Maybe HE would be the one to discover them.
William was getting closer and closer. Seeing as this was a 'race', Alysson's goal was to overtake her date - even though he'd gotten a head start. Which she actually ended up doing just before they reached the meadow. And right now she didn't even care how only that she had won. Heh. Take that, Willy.
Laughing she then hopped of her bike and - quite unceremoniously - dropped it into the grass. Her feet felt like...well, they felt a little weird. Especially after having had so much to do the last few seconds, what with their race and all. She walked over to where William was standing, Alysson high-fived him with a happy grin on her lips. "We did it!" Whatever IT was, they totally did it.
