Seeing as he was going for desserts now, she absentmindly nudged one of the dishes on her side closer to him, nodding as he spoke. Wait. No, she shook her head. "I haven't." she confessed. "But I've imagined. You've stopped surfing though?" From what she'd gathered, it sounded as if he had.
She put on an almost pout. "You'll have to do some exploring there when you get the chance. Away from the tourist spots." Where all of the true treasures lay. That was final! Taking a sip of her drink, she was a bit taken aback with his question. It was almost ridiculous actually, in a funny way. "Is that even possible?"
And she was teasing him. Oliver liked it.
Well he kinda expected that she hadn't ever gone surfing before. Medea really didn't look the type but at the same time she did look as though she would give it a go.
"I stopped competition surfing but I still go out for the fun of it." He wiped his mouth with a napkin and then threw it into his now empty bowl.
"Would you ever try it?"
Oliver raised an eyebrow and almost asked her if that was an invitation but stopped himself. he had just met the woman. Didn't want to scare her off.
"I'll have to remember that." he said with a grin before standing up and holding out his hand to her.
"Probably not. But I know a few good places if you're game?"
