"Seriously," William repeated in a rather poor impression of Alysson's girl voice. Heh. "You never know, you might get your opportunity to be struck by lightning today." He glanced up toward the sky, but wasn't able to see much, considering the tree cover they were under. But if he had recalled the weather correctly, earlier the skies had looked pretty... mysterious........

He caught her smirking and didn't really know what to do about that, if anything, so William just continued biking instead. This was hard work, this carrying on a conversation whilst trying to look like an awesome conversationalist thing. Alysson sure made it look effortless.
"I have no idea where Kansiss is," he admitted right off the bat at her next remark. She sounded studious though, so that was cool. "I bet you're really smart then, huh. I mean, are there lots of things to do in Kansiss?" If he hadn't heard of the place, then he was assuming the answer to that was no, so... that could explain the studying.
Willy did like smart girls though, and especially ones who could read maps. "Cool. To the meadow it is then!" He grinned over at her and picked up the pace on his bike, lifting himself up off it a bit. "Race ya there!!!!"
