Then, Kurumi THOUGHT she heard something move within the darkness of the hole, but it could very will have just been her imagination. There was a lot of movement in this area after all.
But then...Lea did something that was NOT okay with her. Not now. Not with everything that was going on with her mother and her illness and Jonathan leaving school until next term. "Lea. GET YOUR HANDS OFF ITγγγ NOW," she commanded, right hand twitching towards the wand in her pocket and left hand on Lea's as they attempted to pull off her necklace. All the while the necklace caught the light and reflected light into the hole.
NOW there was definitely some sort of movement, but Kurumi was obviously distracted. ''Of course'' Lea replied with a rather cold tone still holding and pulling the necklace ''Cool ones are for cool people like me.'' And that meant 'not for you' prefect! She could very well go and play with Flobberworms while Lea herself got the super cool Salamanders.
But...but...
The little girl's dark eyes widened with surprise for a moment when Kurumi raised her voice at her. That was happening to her for the first time. That was the first time anyone dared to yell at her in this school. Only her mother yelled at her.
HOW DARED SHE TO YELL AT LEA CARTER!!!???
Narrowing her eyes quickly, she gave the older lioness a deadly look while tugging on the necklace tigher. ''DON'T YELL AT ME!!'' It was not going to work apparently. Actually it had the very opposite effect on the first year. ''What if i have it? What are you going to do?''
