Kurumi arched an eyebrow. Was Jezz...taking a jab at her with the melting comment? She knew it wasn't to be malicious, because Jezz didn't have a mean bone in her body that she knew of, so she smiled and stuck her tongue out. "
Yeah...like what I always do." Kurumi could have pretended to be hurt by the comment but, meh, it wasn't that important and she was far to focused on this thimble work at the moment.
While Jezz worked on her next arrangement, Kurumi traced tight but delicate circles over her last thimble. "
Floreneo," she whispered, and the thimble took on a very odd shape that looked more like the a small black lamp. Kurumi recognized it, however, as being the same as the one in the middle of the coffee table at her home back in Japan. "
I think...I am going to use this one for an arrangement for the study tables in the common room," she mused mostly to herself. "
Or maybe on the table by the fireplace." Kurumi often sat in the chair there to read.
Before she began arranging flowers in this vase, she heard Jezz suggest a place for her previous one. "
Hmm...maybe by the hour glasses." Not that she really wanted to go near them to see just how far behind Gryffindor was this term. *sigh*
Picking up more flowers than usual this time, Kurumi began to put some into the vase, shifting things around and sprinkling water in it now and again until she was finished with her third and final
arrangement. Thankfully, Kurumi had planned things out well and had left no left over flowers and leaves, so Professor Bentley could sleep well knowing that none of her, erm, babies had gone to waste.
"
So...I suppose our common room will be the last stop on our trip dropping off these arrangements, where shall we go to first? I need...the Great Hall...staff table perhaps, and the common room."
