There was a spell to carve wood? Did the people that invented spells think that everyone was lazy now! Indy was pretty sure she'd be very able to carve a rune out of wood. She wasn't that stupid or lazy. But maybe other people in the class were, so Indy decided not to voice those thoughts. Even though she thought it was very silly. And obviously she had no idea what the incantation was. At all. So she was going to focus on the other question. She kind of got one that one. "Well..." Little Hutchinson mused for a few seconds, as she raised her head. "Maybe if we like make it our selves, the rune will like us better. Meaning that it might work for us better." Seemed pretty logical really. "I mean like if I used my brother's runes it might not work so good, because it's all atuned, and used to him, because he made it." Kind of made sense.
