Vickers descended into the dungeons and made his way towards the Potions classroom. As he crossed the threshold he spotted the Potions Mistress "Good morning Professor" he greeted her with his usual polite nod. He can sense her pleasant mood, he'd fair say the best he's seen her in the months he's been here. And although subconsciously he had taken note of the ring, the trinket wont actually hit him as something new until much later.

He settled onto his usual table close to the supplies area and prepped his potions materials for the class ahead.
