Did the dating service give compensation if you were stood up?

Extending a nail polished hand towards him she fired of a hearty beam. "I’m Natasha Warrington nee Montague." Looking over towards the hot air balloon she felt a shiver go down her spine "Are muggle balloon rides safe, you think?"
