"You're welcome!" Willy replied just as happily. He tried not to rock back and forth on his heels too much. He was just.... pleased. This date should be fun, right? Who said William Walter Williamson had no game?!
He extricated his hand from his pocket to offer her a shake, just now remembering his manners apparently. "Ah," dang, why had he mentioned that, "yes. My middle name is Walter, actually. William Walter Williamson." Yep. Worst name in the world. "Alysson," he repeated hers, liking the sound of that. It had a nice n-sound at the end. "I was actually wondering.... do you like animals? Since your last name has ZOO in it?"
Willy's eyes also flicked over to the woman at the counter and he snickered under his breath. "We probably should. We'd be doing her a favor." She was creeping big time here. Heh.
So, where were they going? "Well I.... guess we're going riding in this park here..." He gestured around at the trees surrounding them and shrugged. "Might as well get started, right."
