Alyssa decided to practice the wand movement for the spell Floreneo. Pointing vertically downwards near the thimble, she swished her wand clockwise three times, making sure that with every circle her wand moved outward and upward away from the thimble.

Once she was sure of the wand movements, she decided to concentrate on what she wanted her vase to look like. She pictured in her mind the various shapes she wanted them to look, and decided that once the Professor had given instructions for them to actually cast the spell, that she would try out transfiguring some of the thimbles she had into some of the designs she had pictured in her mind.
