Walking over to the box, Issy picked one of the metal objects out of it and held it up so they could all see. Or hopefully all see, it was rather small.
"The spell we will be doing today is there on the board for you to see. And it requires one of these, and a little later, a bit of fun with the flowers. Now, I'd to hear what you think this is, and what we'll be doing with it today..." Any ideas welcome. She raised her eyebrows slightly and looked around the room.

Aaron stared at the board as the magic chalk wrote some word on the board. Floreneo. Floreneo. Aaron said the word a few times over, but every time he said it it just sounded weird. He shrugged and listened to what she was explaining now, he'd better pay attention, it wasn't as if he was a very good student to begin with.
Ah. It was a spell. Made sense. Magic school and all that..
He frowned as he stared at the object they were trying to figure out. How was he supposed to know what it was?
'Is it one of them sewing things?' He asked, it looked like those finger protector whatyacallem.
'Against the ouchie needle and what not, you know..'
He shrugged, probably not. But it was a try, right? So.... if he was right, they'd be sewing? Doubtful.
