Alyssa reached inside her bag for her snack bag and unzipped a plastic bag containing some lettuce and carrots. She tore off bits of the lettuce and gave it to her Pygmy Puff, who gulped it down without a second's hesitation. " Whoa! we definitely know you love lettuce,"Alyssa laughed feeding it a little bit more before breaking off bits of carrots and letting it sniff at it. Again without any hesitation whatsoever, Nerfball's tongue flew out, curled around the bits of carrots that she was holding in her hand and stuck it back into it's mouth. " Okay that's a yes for carrots too. Looks like it is a yes to carrots and lettuce, Taylor."she told her partner.
Alyssa quickly checked off the food on her list. Taylor nodded and looked at the list again.... She got out an apple from her bag and diced it up. Tay laid the pieces down in front of Mercy and watched her snatch it iup as quickly as the puff could. She laughed and told Alyssa, "That is a yes to apples. I guess they love vegetables and fruit." Taylor smiled over at her partner and then down at the list again. She didnt have a cookie... she might be able to find an ant or two around here... she refused to do the snot one.... she might be able to find a spider..... but refuse to do the rat one also.... leaves should be easy to find. Taylor went with the leaves and left to go look for one. Tay found one and came back. She laid it down in front of Mercy whom sniffed it and then engulfed it.
