Alyssa had read about the balloon spotting Sleepover Party on the bulletin posted on their Board of Notices. Even though it wasn't a class, it still sounded interesting and since it would give her the opportunity be out and gaze at the stars, she was here now, all dressed up in her warmest and most decent PJs carrying her telescope case with her. She had also worn her warm thick wool insulated boots, leather gloves and brought a big warm blanket. Big enough just in case someone wanted to share with her.

Seeing that she was still early, she went over to get a warm cup of cocoa and a sandwich and looked around to see whether she recognized anyone that had arrived earlier.
