Once the students had mostly cleared out of his office, William turned to Ed and picked up the crumpled paper now on his desk. Hmm. What was this? "Aparecium?" Will echoed Eddie, reading the headline that did indeed say that. "Never heard of it." Now he had, though. His brows furrowed together as he started reading the article, which apparently linked Eddie to both Althea AND Josephina.

"Well," he said as he finished, tossing it down on his desk, "this is clearly nothing more than a rubbish gossip rag, you've got that right. I mean, you're definitely not ah," he glanced at the paper again, "'brewing' romance with Josephina, right? And...." he eyed it again, "AND with Thea? I find that hard to believe."

William let out a loud guffaw at the idea. Thea and Ed? Nawwwww. That was just silly. She was way too hot-tempered for him. Willy ran a hand through his hair as he continued chuckling, almost not noticing as Aparecium suddenly let out a little sizzle and changed to a new article.

"Wait, wait a minute, what is THIS?" Williamson snatched the paper right off his desk and held it close to his face, gasping unexpectedly as HE was apparently the title character of the latest gossip! "Have you seen THIS ONE?!" he squeaked, his voice going up an octave accidentally. "COMPLETE AND TOTAL RUBBISH!"

William tossed the paper back to Ed with a snarl, standing up from his desk and pacing around the room. "I mean, we, we, we MIGHT have danced, but but but I'm no player!" He wasn't even DATING anyone at the moment. "WHO WRITES THIS.....STUFF?!!"
