"Snow angels?" he hadn't even thought to do that! He'd not done those since he was a kid. He did try a sand angel once in Egypt but that was messy. You got sand in places you really REALLY didn't want it. Wrinkling his nose at the memory "Sand angels aren' the same." Smiling at her words about the tree he chuckled "I was wondering if it really was as bad as people say. Apparently it is."
Leaning closer hoping for warmth he nodded "I was, I've been missing me girl." he said honestly. He had too! Homework, class, practice, bed, day after day just wasn't his idea of fun. He needed time with her. Well ok, it wasn't something he had to have, but it was something he definitely wanted!
Pushing up to a crawling position he started inching his way away from the tree, his teeth chattering again he made sure Amelia was near him still "Ye want te stay out more or head inside?"
He really did make a miserable sight being so cold. But it was also endearing. Very, very endearing. "I haven't been to Hogsmeade yet," Amelia told him, slightly sad about that fact. They had been meant to go together after all. But there'd been no time. Which really, really sucked. Especially since there was a clothes shop there and a sweet shop. Although, it was likely to be busy and she wouldn't much like that.
"Sand Angels? Well I wouldn't imagine so. It mostly sounds messy," Amelia frowned slightly as she imagined just where the sand could go, and how hard it would be to get it off ones clothing and out of long hair. It definitely wouldn't be worth the effort. At least snow angels only made one wet! But then, maybe sand angels were all the rage in places like Egypt? "Don't worry. I didn't think it would be this bad either. That being said I also didn't realize just how close we'd gotten until the branches started to attack..." because Amelia had been playing a safe distance away. It was only in her quest for Isaac that she'd wound up this close to the thing!
Amelia's heart warmed with happiness as soon as Isaac said he'd missed her. She'd hug and kiss him for that if they weren't this close to the deranged tree. Although it would certainly help him get warmer if she did... But no, they'd get away from the tree first and then once they were safe inside she'd make sure she could cuddle up to him to her hearts content. "I've missed you too," she decided to tell him. Because that was the most she could do under these circumstances, and she figured that it was better than making him think she hadn't missed him just because she couldn't react in the way she wanted him too.
"Umm... Definitely inside time now. You look and sound freezing, and I don't want you to get sick," Amelia's voice was tinged with real concern over his welfare and she crawled after him as quickly as she possibly could to make sure that they'd get inside as soon as possible.
