Once again he stuck out his tongue this time blowing a raspberry at her words then laughed. "Yes I fell. What were ye doing out in this weather?" he asked. Probably very well the same thing he was. Looking for her. And that she preferred to be outside. "Not afraid ye'll get lost?"
Peering up as the branch swung her way, "Amelia!" grabbing her he pulled her down before it whapped her next. "Mebbe we should get somewhere safer." he said with a chuckle.
Next time he stuck his tongue out at her she was going to grab it. Or put snow in his mouth. One or the other. She hadn't really decided yet. But that was okay because there was plenty of time to do so.
"Hmm... maybe I should buy you a warmer jacket for Christmas then," Amelia muttered, eyeing his coat. Because while it did look quite warm to her she was also used to this kind of weather. "And we have gotten quite a bit of snow. But at least it looks pretty," which was important. Because if you didn't get enough snow it looked horrible. And she was all for pretty things.
Luckily for Isaac she didn't notice he'd poked his tongue out at her, otherwise it would have meant war. Even if said war would have been more her being playful than anything else.
"I was making snow angels. And it wasn't this bad when I actually came out here... if it was I wouldn't have ventured this far from the castle and into the path of a deranged tree," Amelia said brightly, giving Isaac one of her best smiles. It really was good to see him again in their spare time. "What about you? Were you looking for me?" she asked the last question tentatively, not quite sure how she'd take it if Isaac said he wasn't. But then, he had called out her name before they could even see each other so that was a pretty good indication that he had been seeking her out.
If it weren't for the snow being soft she was sure that when she hit the ground it would have been painful. In fact it still kind of was painful since Isaac had pulled her down. But she was sure that it was still less painful than being hit with a branch of a psycho tree!
"Maybe we should," Amelia agreed as she stared up at the snow that was still falling. Perhaps they should even go inside, because she felt a cold coming on.
