Until she opened her mouth saying gently,"Look I'm sorry about this...I'll just g-" then he had once again said something to her that caught her off guard. I'm not good at handling situations in which girls cry.. Violet paused and then looked down and then said awkwardly,"Oh.." she bit her lower lip,"I-I'm..sorry..."

He knew he should've have said that aloud but it just slipped before he could stop himself. It's as if his brain an mouth had forced him to say it even though he only wished to think of it. His eyes grew bit when she too looked as uncomfortable as he did. At least they were on the same page, sort of but not in a good way.

With darting, nervous eyes Adam then tried to make his awkward comment an cover it up. "I mean...no." No, it was true though, but he didn't want her to think that. She looked heartbroken an he honestly couldn't just leave her there to cry her tears out. "Don't listen to what I just said. That was stupid-it just slipped out. No. What's really going on? Just cut to the point. Why are you crying?" If he didn't know the basics of the story then how would he be able to lend some help or suggestions.
