"So, you don't know when it's happening?" he asked, curiously. Was she unaware of when her ability kicked in? Maybe there was more the ability than he thought.
In the books he's read they make it sound like if it's almost a natural thing, but maybe it depended on the person and their personality? Whatever it was, he really wanted to learn about it. It was quite fascinating to him, the subject of altering one's appearance that is.
