"Next steps... Pull your wooden spoon, and add 3 spoonfulls of raw honey..." She looked over to the Gryffindor prefect. "It doesn't have to be perfectly measured... you just add it by eye." She showed the students how to do it, letting the hot liquid melt off all the honey from the spoon. "Take 5 basil leaves and slice them thin, as thin as you can, with your silver knife." And she did what she said to the letter. "Now what you want to do is take a papaya, whole and with the same silver knife, stab the fruit and stuff some of the basil in the wound. Keep stabbing until you make enough holes for all of the basil. Then add it to the mixure. Whole."
1 whole Papaya
Angelina grabbed the spoon and added three spoons of Raw Honey, she waited- like Professor Lafay showed- the liquid melting off all the honey from the spoon. Once done she took the five basil leaves and started to cut them with her silver knife in thin pieces. Angelina looked at the one whole Papaya fruit with an eyebrow riased. Looking at her knife the same way. She stabbed the fruit like told and stuffed some of the basil in the wound. Angelina looked up and around the classroom too see if she was doing this correctly, apparently she was.
As Angelina continued she placed some of the basil in the wound, tell there was no more. She picked up the whole Papaya and looked down into her cauldron, like told again she dropped the whole Papaya in her caulron. Angelina then turned to her notes and crossed off the three steps. Placing her quill down she waited for the next step.
