Still only one carrot? India thought raising her eyebrows - either she was mad or everyone had lost the liaisons on their brains that made them think doing the opposite of what Lafay said was a good idea. This would be a strange term without a few potions blunders though.
She didn't want to be one of them. Nope, not at all.
Taking her wooden spoon out she quickly cleaned it before scooping up the needed honey onto the spoon. It looked about to be three spoonfuls - well, close enough to three but no where over the exact weight of three spoons of honey. Letting the hot liquid of the potions melt the honey off of the spoon until none was left on it. Lifting it out she quickly leaned it.
Then taking her silver knife she cleaned it and took the five leaves of basil and began to finely cut them. Until they were just small enough. Now, taking her papaya in hand she began to jab into it.
Jab.
Jab.
The papaya was going to look like it had been thrown into some sharp knife. Oh wait. It had. When it was finally stabbed enough she placed the basil leaf bits into all the slits and slowly lowered it into the potion.
There. The whole mixture so far - was finished. Now just the rest of the steps remained.
