Ok so I know we have a smaller number of employees than some placements before but we will not let that effect our productivity!

Here is a list of BEGINNING task and jobs I would like you all to get started on: once some of the smaller ones are finished we will start others.

Apparition Division:

*Inez Grey, D.A Forever, iBeJenn, and Mordaynes - The Dept. Head and Practical Examiners will be holding testing sessions in the Practical Testing Center and the Written procter will be hosting Written Exams in the Written Testing Exam Center for all level six employees (That means you guys!) who do not already have their licenses and would like them.
*PhoenixRising and Alex_Potter - Man the desk in the Practical Testing Center and be ready to welcome testers, show them to their tester, having them fill out the forms, and then issue their licenses when they pass. PhoenixRising, you will be editting in the finished forms to the Archives thread.
*Bumblebee - Make announcement in Breakroom about testing of level six employees, be sure to state they need to take the written exam first and that they need to post in the Written Testing Center first. Then man front desk in Waiting Area.

Broom Regulatory:

*Orla and tomewitch - Go to Diagon Alley and speak with Quality Quidditch Supplies shopkeeper and get records of inventory and ask if they need any other services (more shipments, us to check on/test a batch of brooms, etc.) from us at this time.
* Presley Black and Native Kiddy - Create other broom features/Improve on others. Also be sure to get any previous or new ones you create patented by level 8 Magical Games and Sports Dept.
*marylandlily and weasleytwinsROCK - Meet with Dept Head Vindictus of Magical Games and Sports to see if he needs anything specific from us.

Floo Network Authority:

*CassiopeiaAKTF and vijaya - Check out Archives Thread (Floo post) and begin rping checking on each of the ones marked UNCHECKED. Pm me the ones you want before you go anywhere and I will give you permission. Cookiesncupcakes will go with you to be a witness and take notes. **Wait for my PM, I will explain how to check etc.**

Porkeys:

*Lady of Light - Take group of Muggle Items researches (Lilfox06, Frankie, and ReincarnationJones) to Muggl London and pick out a small number of acceptable Muggle items to be made into Portkeys.
*Candy Rulez and Mugglemad - create Portkeys with items brought to you (Lady of Light, you can help as needed). **Pm me if you need a reminder on how to create Portkeys**
*harmonyalways - send memo out to other Department Heads to see if they need any immediate Portkeys or would like to place an order for them.
*Shanners, Fred is Awesome, and MagicSparkle - Come up with a list of suitable places and locations to place Portkeys. You will be delivering and picking them up as soon as they are ready.
