Vickers was having some tough luck spotting balloons, as he would constantly take his glasses off and rub his eyes. He couldnt decide if he could actually see better with the telescope or his own eyes given that he was far sighted anyway.
Swinging the small telescope in the direction of the Front Gate he finally spotted one

Professor I spotted a.... blue?.... or is that a violet balloon? he could see it clearly but he wasnt sure if it counts as their House balloon.
