Minerva watched as Professor Lafay demonstrated the next two steps of the potion. Then she turned to her cauldron and parchment.

She took the Valerian root and Salamander blood out and put them both over the cauldron. One in each hand. She put the first drop of Valerian Root in the water, then then Salamander blood, then she did the second Valerian Root, then the second salamander blood. Once she had done each ten times she put them aside and waiting for the next instruction.
