Silvia continued to scan the area, hoping to find another balloon, preferably a blue one. It wasn’t long before something had caught her eye. There it was! A blue balloon floating just above one of the gargoyles.

With a sigh, he looked at Ellie. He actually met her eyes, which was a surprise to him. "Okay." He bit his lip, trying to think about what he said before he said it. "I am a good actor," Wait for it, "because I wasn't happy. And that..." He groaned quietly. Kissing Vashti? "Was a huge mistake. I don't even know why I did it. I just... wanted to..." He paused, biting his lip. Honesty was the best policy, right? "I wanted to make you jealous, I think. But I shouldn't have. And you have no idea how bad I feel about it. I haven't gotten the chance to apologize to Vashti for it... but I want to. If she'll ever talk to me again." He still didn't know if the Head Girl would be too freaked out by him to ever come near him again.
"I'm sorry," he said quietly, and frowned. That was the best he could do. He didn't know what else to say. "I'm just really sorry."
