Carter narrowed his eyes at Destiny. Sweet Merlin that girl was impossible. He'd get her 5 streelers just to make her stop talking.
"Fine. I'll clip them when I get home." he said waving a hand in dismissal. That would put an end to that discussion, right? Why did she even look at his feet anyway? That was gross.
And she made him sound like he was half-bird or something.
He blinked. Seriously? "Destiny. The only present you ever give are pets. And not normal pets like... hamsters... but weird ones." Like giraffes and jarveys.
Who would want a jarvey anyway?

His eyes widened and he was in full on older brother panic mode.
"How about..." he said quickly scratching out something on his own letter, "we say Disney was your idea?"
